Download the label PDF from your seller account and open it in the label cropper. Processing runs on your device. Password-protected files must be unlocked first. The first release accepts one PDF of up to 25 MB and 200 pages.
Let the tool crop every page
As soon as you upload a PDF, the tool detects shipping-label text, invoice headings, and page separators. Each page is analysed separately. No manual rectangle or page-by-page confirmation is required.
Check the automatic result
The preview shows the cropped label. Use Show original to compare it with the source page. Blank and invoice-only pages are skipped. Unrecognised pages are listed, and exporting a partial batch requires you to explicitly choose to skip them. This version supports one label per source page.
Choose your paper
4 × 6 inch output creates 288 × 432 point PDF pages. Each selection fits without stretching. The A4 option places four labels within margins on an A4 page; each label can be slightly smaller than 4 × 6 inches. Crop to selection preserves the selected area’s PDF dimensions.
Print a sample
Use the intended printer and paper. Start with actual size / 100% scaling, then scan the barcode and check text legibility. A PDF that looks clear on screen still needs a physical print check.
Cropping changes visible content. It does not securely remove hidden PDF data. Do not share cropped files as redacted documents.
